Buyers

Why You Should Use An Accredited Buyer Representative.

A real estate buyer's representative represents the buyer who is purchasing property in a real estate transaction. Research by the National Association of REALTORS has shown that when a buyer's representative is used, the prospective buyer found a home one week faster and examined three more properties than consumers who did not use a buyer's representative.

The buyer's representative works for, and owes fiduciary responsibilities to, the real estate buyer and has buyer's best interests in mind throughout the entire real estate process. We have until April 30, 2010 to receive an accepted purchase contract, and must close by June 30, 2010 to be eligible for the tax credit. Don't Wait!

Why should you look for the ABR designation before looking for a home? These three letters after my name tell you that you will be working with buyer representative who is committed to your best interests. The ABR designation is awarded by REBAC to those who have met the specific educational and experiential criteria needed to provide high level quality service required by REBAC (Real Estate BUYER"S AGENT Council).

Why Choose a REALTOR With a GRI designation?

Selling property is a complex and stressful task. In fact, its often one of the biggest single transaction you will make in your lifetime.  At the same time real estate transactions have become increasingly complicated with foreclosures, short sales, new laws and procedures.  So its important that you work with a real estate practitioner who has a keen understanding of the real estate business.

When you see the letters "GRI" after my name, you can count on receiving the knowledge and guidance you need to make your transaction go smoothly and that you get the highest possible price for your home! The GRI designation is awarded by the state association to the members of National Association of Realtor who successfully specialize in real estate sales  and subscribe to the Code of Ethics of the NAR.

Don't you deserve the best?
